Returns and exchanges
We offer a 30-day return policy on our furniture. If you have received your order and are not completely satisfied, we will take back the furniture and refund you 100%, excluding the initial delivery charges.
However, transportation will be at the customer's expense, but we offer a fixed rate of $100, regardless of the pickup location and regardless of the number of pieces of furniture.
Furniture must be in "like new" condition for a return to be accepted. Furniture with scratches, stains, or any other damage cannot be returned. Once the furniture is received at our workshop, we will inspect it within 72 hours to ensure it is in new condition and then process the refund. Otherwise, a partial refund will be issued depending on the nature and extent of the damage.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if it does not meet our return conditions.
For example, we reserve the right to refuse to apply this for commercial orders or orders involving a large number of items.
